  • I came to Brian with a serious back injury. I was nervous to start lifting weights but my main goal was to lose weight I gained from steroids so I could get pregnant. I also wanted to avoid back surgery at a young age. Two years later I successfully lost 40 pounds, had the sweetest baby while working out 5 days a week, avoided back surgery and gained an amazing group of supportive friends. I have new goals now I know I’ll achieve them with a push from Brian and the support from the PLF community. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to crush their personal goals. – Justine

  • I started going to PLF after I had my son in 2019 and I was really unhappy with my body. I was the heaviest I had ever been and a year prior I had major surgery that had me in the hospital for 3 months so I had no strength. When I started going 2-3 days a week, I had never lifted weights. I could not even do a push up. Now I love it so much I go every day. Brian showed me how to do all the exercises and pick up all the crazy equipment – kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, plates, sandbags, giant balls, sleds and tires (to name a few). The workouts are different every day and work every part of your body. You never get bored! I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m the strongest I have ever been and the happiest with my body. I have made some of my best friends at PLF and I love that I get to see them every day. I’m so grateful I found this place that has been so instrumental in my health and overall happiness.   • I walked into PLF 10 years ago thinking I was in decent shape; I’d been an athlete all my life and figured this would be another easy group class that I’d be one-and-done. WRONG! I struggled through that workout and have never left. During my time at PLF, I have made some of the most incredible friends and really gotten to know the people in the community. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. I successfully worked out at PLF through both of my difficult pregnancies, returning as soon as I could to the supportive community I missed. I can easily lift my 30- and 40-pound kids and have the energy to keep up with them. The PLF camaraderie and the ever-changing physical challenge keep me coming back. – Robyn
